A word of caution!
Personality tools offer many potential benefits, however, it is important to approach these tools as JUST ONE tool amongst many and avoid overgeneralising or boxing yourself or individuals into any rigid categories.
Personality tests and tools are also ONE dimensional. Remember, this is you answering questions about you! They are great at giving you a flavour of who you are, but cannot be taken as fact.
The real value of the personality tests lies in their ability to ignite or spark introspection and prompt you to go on to a deeper dive exploration of self-awareness, a voyage which for most of us humanbeings is a lifelong and ever evolving exploration! one-to-one-coaching
