Interpreting Your Results

  • 160 - 200 points:

You are in a great position. You are likely satisfied in most areas of your career, and your job offers the flexibility and fulfilment you need. There’s always room to explore new opportunities for growth.

  • 120 - 159 points:

You are doing well, but there may be areas that need attention, particularly around flexibility or alignment with your values. Look at your lower scores and consider what conversations or steps you can take to improve these areas.

  • 80 - 119 points:

You may be experiencing some misalignment between your role, values, or the flexibility you require. It might be time to make changes or explore new opportunities that better fit your lifestyle and professional goals.

  • Below 80 points:

Your current career situation may not be working for you. Consider seeking guidance or making significant changes to improve your work-life balance, job satisfaction, and alignment with your values.

Next Steps: Your Career Growth Action Plan

Here’s what you can do next based on your assessment:

  • Focus on Development:

Review areas with lower scores and think about how you can own your own career growth through learning new skills, seeking mentorship, or taking on more responsibility.

  • Have Open Conversations:

Discuss your career growth goals and concerns with your manager or mentor, focuusing on what you bring to the table. A supportive leader can help you address areas of improvement and provide guidance.

  • Explore New Opportunities:

If certain areas received low scores, especially around flexibility or job satisfaction, it may be time to explore new roles, responsibilities, or even a different company or industry.

  • Align Your Career with Your Values:

If there’s a mismatch between your values, work-life balance needs, and your current role, think about what changes need to be made for greater fulfilment.
